Terms of delivery

In order to ship your orders as safely as we can, we partner with DHL or Post Express. Their couriers will bring the items to your delivery address between 08:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please ensure that there is someone available at the address to receive the shipment during these hours. When receiving the shipment, please inspect the package to make sure there is no visible damage to it. If you notice that the transport packaging is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged as well, please refuse to accept the shipment and immediately notify our team.

If there is no visible damage on the package, please receive the order and sign the confirmation receipt form provided by the courier.

If unable to deliver the package, the PostExpress courier service will leave a note with the orders shipping number, so you can pick it up at the closest post office within 5 working days.

By confirming and clicking on the ‘PLACE MY ORDER’ button, you agree with the delivery terms and conditions stated.

After the confirmation, the order enters the processing status. You will be notified about your order status via e-mail.

POST EXPORT

Delivery to destinations outside Europe may take longer than 30 business days, if it is done by Post Export. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week.

All costs of delivery will be clearly stated, separately from the item price, with the overall price stated as well.

Post export (an external company that delivers goods for Mona d.o.o), delivers packages to delivery addresses from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Post export cooperates with posts in all countries so the delivery can depend on the time zone and your local post office. Please ensure that there is someone available to receive the shipment at the address.  If the courier does not find anyone at the address, the shipment will return to us. Upon receiving the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason why the shipment wasn‘t delivered and agree to resend it.

After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the unique code of your order that you can use to track your package.

The estimated delivery time is shown for informative purposes only. Mona doo company can not vouch for the estimated delivery time shown in the table. At certain posts, the package can be kept longer than initially planned for safety checking procedures which can postpone the estimated delivery time. According to previously stated, delivery can last up to 30 days. Prolonged deliveries are also prone to happen during holiday seasons, as the processing of the packages can take longer than usual.

Important!
Due to extra postal security checks it can happen that shipment take longer to reach recipient. Cases like this usually occur in the times of increased ’anti-terrorist’ activity.
Delays in shipments can also be expected in the busy holiday seasons, when postal handling of shipment goes much slower
 
Please keep in mind that the shipment may be subject to your local customs import taxes. For more information on that, please contact your local customs office.

The package can be subject to the local taxes of the delivery country – for more information on this, please check with your local customs service office. Mona doo can not be held responsible for higher delivery expenses due to the customs taxes or any other matters valid in the country the package is being delivered to. We have tried to provide all the necessary information for the customs, so you do not need to pay the customs taxes only the VAT in your country.

IMPORTANT: We can not guarantee that the customs will free you from all customs taxes.

NOTICE: Mona keeps the right to charge customers for every second and any other delivery attempt for the same purchase, if the first delivery attempt was not successful for reasons that are not the responsibility of Mona Fashion LLC, but are the responsibility of the buyer who would like to have the delivery repeated.

 

Also, note that the processing of the order depends on the moment the order is created. Orders created before 12 am will be processed on the same working day, and orders created after 12 am will be processed on the next working day.
