The deadline for delivery is 2-3 working days from the day of the order. The time limit begins to run on the first day following the day the order is created.

During periods of seasonal discounts and promotions, delivery time may take longer.

 

You can pay for the items while placing an order through the Mona Online Store in the following ways:

If you live abroad, and you want the delivery to be made to an address in Serbia, you need to select Serbia when entering www.monaonline.com and then continue with the purchase.

  • Register on the Mona website.

  • When registering, select the option: "I want to become a member of the Loyalty program and get additional benefits."

  • After registration, a temporary Loyalty card will be sent to your address after the first purchase.
